1. What is your Freight prepaid policy?
   Purchase order minimum quantities are based upon the geographic location of the delivery address.
   
   Minimum order quantities for prepaid freight are as follows:
   
   
   • $2000 Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey
   • $2500 Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Delaware, Washinton DC, West Virginia, Virginia
   • $3000 North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and points west of the Mississippi River to Texas
   • $3500 New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington
   
   
2. I am a new customer. What do I need to do to open an account with Burton Wire & Cable?
   Once we receive your purchase order, we will have a credit application sent to you.
   
   A check in advance to release your order while your credit approval is pending is also an option.
   
   
3. Do you accept credit cards?
   Unfortunately, we do not.
   
   
4. If we place an order today for a stock item, when will it ship?
   Most stock orders ship in 1-3 days.
   
   
5.  If I am an end user, can I buy directly from Burton Wire & Cable?
   Contact us and we will refer you to one of our distributors.
